LDA believes strongly in regulation, so is a proud member of the Bank of England’s new Digital Securities Sandbox.  We are currently in Gate 1 and are working towards launch when we are approved for Gate 2, when we will be authorised for Notarisation, Maintenance and Settlement of digital assets. Our UK-based capital market is provided by a major primary exchange, initially under their regulatory licence.

We are building to operate four global capital markets, each under its own regulator and enjoying similar liquidity solutions for market participants, sharing the same technology platform.

LDA does not advise, invest or hold capital, but rather serves as an independent utility for professional participants in financial services.  It does not serve retail clients and is not a crypto business, but rather one that uses the power of blockchain technologies for the benefit of all.
